Jihadi Brothers Were 'High On Drugs' Carrying Out ISIS Paris Massacres

The filthy drug record of the Paris terror suspects is fuelling assumption that the Jihadis were high for the duration of the massacres.

Ibrahim Abdeslam, who blew himself up at a French cafe on Friday, owned a bar in Belgium that was closed two weeks ago after becoming a haunt for junkies.

And his younger brother Salah – now on the run as Europe's most-wanted man – managed the boozer, Les Beguines, before joining the ISIS attack on Paris.

In the Paris hotel room the 26-year-old booked for the terrorists cops found syringes, a short set of needles and plastic tubes.

Now police are trying to work out if this was drugs paraphernalia or bomb-building gear linked to the killers' explosive-packed belts.

It comes as cops said last night a SECOND fugitive is on the run following the deadly attacks.

Jihadis in the past have been known to take substances like heroin or cocaine to steel themselves for acts of mass murder.

The bar in Belgium the Abdeslam brothers owned was only sold on by the pair six weeks ago, despite their religion forbidding the use of alcohol and tobacco.

One of those who knew them, 25-year-old Hachim, said: "They smoked. They didn't go to the mosque or anything. We saw them every day at the cafe."

But he said Ibrahim, 31, could at time be "a bit crazy".

Another neighbour told the Telegraph: "We would go there to smoke hashish, drink alcohol, no problem."

Last night, cops evacuated an apartment block in Strasbourg after a sighting of Salah Abdeslamwas reported.

Salah Abdeslam was earlier surrounded in a house in Molenbeek – a district of the Belgian capital notorious for Islamist extremism – but evaded capture.

Police confirmed the bar in Molenbeek – a district of Brussels notorious for Islamist extremism – was used for the consumption of banned hallucinogenic substances.
A notice posted on the door said cops found a strong smell of drugs there, ashtrays with partially-smoked joints and a number of customers carrying drugs.

“The bar appears to be a point where you can buy and consume drugs, causing problems for the neighbourhood and public order in general,” it read.

It said the manager had been given a chance to object to the closure but did not reply.

Another pal of the pair, 25-year-old Nabil, said: "It's shocking, especially when it's people you've hung out with."

"They were regular guys, who enjoyed a laugh, there was nothing radical about them. They were here just last week hanging out. I think they were indoctrinated."
