It’s potentially one of the biggest “is he, isn’t he” questions in television history as Game of Thrones fans wonder whether or not Jon Snow is truly dead.

While the man behind Snow (Kit Harington) among others have explained that the character is dead, we just refuse to believe it to be true and think they’re just keeping us guessing.

There’s also the fact that Harington has been spotted in Belfast where filming was taking place that leads us to believe that he could come back.

Season six is still several months away and at present we don’t know much relating to the story other than the numerous new cast members who will be joining the show.

Since season five came to a shocking conclusion both David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, creators of the show have been adamant in interviews that Jon is gone and will never be back.

We’re still not buying it though and neither are other fans who refuse to believe he’s actually gone, especially when you have Emilia Clarke (Daenerys) making us doubt what’s been said.

“I think that he loves us, I think that he misses us,” the popular Game of Thrones star explained during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

She continued: “I think that we like to mess with those people who are snooping around our set, trying to get information that they don’t really want to know.”

We really think they’re all in on this and are just trying to keep us talking about whether or not he’ll be back – which we truly believe he will be.

There are so many possibilities for him to even be brought back to life, whether it be via Melisandre (Carice van Houten) or even a new character who has been brought on especially.

We’ve got a long way to go until we get any real answers but the facts are all there and we have to ask, if Snow really was dead, why would Kit be spotted on set?

We’d understand if he was just visiting his friends on the show but it’s all a little bit of a coincidence don’t you think? What are your theories?
